Towards a transformative child rights discourse in Africa: A reflexive study

SUMMARY It has been 30 years since the adoption of African Charter on Rights and Welfare Child. This article takes opportunity to reflect where child rights discourse is going allow for proactivity in addressing emerging challenges changing context continent. Using positional reflexivity as methodology, I identify what call six transformative promptings which are engendering a shift discourse. argue that be more erudite ensuring protection well well-being children continent, these issues must seriously considered.
